Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice any issues with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution for the issue.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you, if applicable.

We also accept returns and exchanges within the first 2 weeks of the delivery date. In most cases, the customer is responsible for shipping the package back to us. If the error is determined to be on our end, we will provide a shipping label for the return. The customer is still responsible for securely packaging the item and dropping it off at the shipping location.
